Barton Creek Property Group (“BCPG”) is an Austin-based emerging multifamily sponsor focused on opportunistic acquisitions of properties up to 150 units and $15 million in value across growth markets in Texas.

We do not utilize a vertical corporate structure or fee-generating subsidiaries, allowing us to remain solely focused on maximizing investor and asset value. Consistent with this philosophy, BCPG only charges two fees: an acquisition fee and an asset management fee.
